Was riding with a friend around Cincinatti. It rained one day so we drove around to the motorcycle dealerships. We went into the BMW shop and I fell in love again. I had test ridden a classic in Daytona the year before. When I saw the Transcontinental it was true love. Turns out the dealer near me in Cali had one so I bought it.
