@ I just bought a 21 First Edition after 33 years of riding Harleys. I traded my 2006 Road king, took the same demo deal that you did, and got the bike out the door for almost nothing with great financing. I haven't gotten mine yet. Definitely not sure of any negatives as all of the reviews say...
