Seeing the last messages, I wonder if it is possible to protect the forum from spams ?

We do our best. It is only the two of us and we probably deny 3-4 new users a day. We have spam guard enabled, but it cannot catch everyone.
Ok ! for sure you can't keep an eye on it all the time.
