Finally got my bike up and going with the death wobble issue; in short it was a combination of a loose front end in conjunction with a 20 inch 7jurrock windshield. Something about how tall and wide wasn't working with the front end in my Roctane.

Looking into right now shorter windshield that still provide support; will have to put up with the awful OEM windshield until then...

Due for my 1st valve check and adjustment, just waiting on getting things like a lift as well as a GS 911 to reset the service interval.

May I suggest that your top case is a red flag?
The windshield may induce an oscilation, the topcase is just about guaranteed to magnify it.

All I did today was get an agreement together with PRO RACE UK and now my shop is an official installer and dealer for the stuff they make. We are going to be doing a group buy on the SR-1 system but I sent a message to admin first to make sure I don't post something that might violate forum rules. Only details I can give now is that it's for a 20 unit group buy! So let's get thinking, deep discounts. Just for inspiration ill leave a picture !

If the price is good, I would be interested in a set.

Nice set up. Idea on how much $$$

Yes so currently with today’s conversion it would be $2637.74 and then you can do the 10% off if your doing my deal without install or 20% off if I’m doing the install for you.

$2,373.96 is 10% off
$2,110.19 is 20% off + install

This is for today’s conversion only.. 10/29/2025
It doesn’t vary much but just in case

I wanted to make the official post but to get clearance from admin in case it needs a special place in this forum so I messaged in but have not heard back yet… I guess I’ll post by Friday if I’m not reached out to by then.

Turn Signals Part Deux ;) ... as I mentioned in an earlier post, I don't like the diamond shaped turn signals ... too modern (IMO) a look for this classic cruiser.
I couldn't find red/red Kuryakyns so looked around and found these:

Fatecim brand ... never heard of, but so reasonably priced ( 2 of them for the price of one on sale Kuryakyn!) so I figured what the hell .. and gave 'em a try.
Now comes the huge surprise ... there are 4 wires going to the OEM turn signal ... and best I can tell that should be Ground, Tail light, Turn Signal and Brake light ... so I stuck a meter on it and got some really strange readings ... turns out the Yellow and Grey wire do absolutely nothing. Brown is ground (-) and the blue wire does everything!! (this is US models ... I know nothing about any other setup) I guess BMW decided to just dim the LEDs for the running light and then ramp them up when brake or turn signals are needed ... go figure .. that blew my chance to use the 'Ring' feature of these lights .. but I still love them and they are a bit longer than the Kuryakyns which looks great for the rear.
Enough talking .. now to the 'Arts & Crafts' part.
I made some adapters so I can fasten them just like the OEM lights

Then painted them 'Satin Black' to mach

And installed them ... I did cut the plug off the OEM signals so I can do the same disconnect as BMW did.

Done .. here is how they look in action

The seat mount: Did you make that? I am having the same problem with my seat to luggage rack.

I installed my 'poor boy Jekyll & Hyde' today. Much easier than I expected, especially after I realised the connectors weren't near the rectifier (don't ask)
You need two of these units - one for each flapper valve controller. Simply unplug the harness and put the Healtech units in line, then feed the wires for the switches up to the handlebars and find a convenient place to mount them. I am going to replace both three-position switches with a single 6 pin switch,
Initial impression is really good - the switch has three positions - valve closed, valve open and factory setting. With the valve closed, the exhaust note is very muted (and neighbour friendly) With the valve open the exhaust has a lovely deep bass which comes through. Definitely a mod that I can recommend if you are on a budget (y) I forgot to take install pics but here are a few after fitting
Pic1 - The Healtech unit (you need two)
Pic2 - You can see the right exhaust valve controller and the two Healtech units tucked away on the left
Pic 3 - This is my temporary switch until I figure out a more permanent site for it
Hello,
Like you, I'd like to install the Healtech ESE-SW-BM1 on my R18. You mentioned that two units are needed and that there are two handlebar switches. On the Healtech website, they state that on the BMW R18, one ESE-SW-BM1 must be combined with a non-switchable ESE-BM1. What do you think?

VIZI-Tec is now making servo elimination modules as well,

Ok ok where did ya get the caps for the frame? I was going to make my own.

love the exhaust on the bike... I just couldn't give up my titanium... it burnt colors make it so nice.
