I think your on to something here, great idea ;)

Absolutely correct, shameful and without respect to dedicated BMW owners time and inconvenience. Let alone our confidence level in the R18 model amid rapidly declining values. I was one of the first buyers of a new 2021 FE and paid about double for my bike than today's dealer prices.

If the above 4% is true, being the original owner 2021 FE at a sales price of $15,995 (I'd be lucky to get half that sales $$$ back today) I would receive $639 dollars, can't buy much with that at BMW R18 parts prices! Could I buy that BMW leather riding jacket for $595.00 I've been drooling...

Ya think?!

Attached, the latest news on the reverse assist recall.

Attached is current info on the reverse recall

That would be much appreciated, thanks. I believe that model has a quick release feature at the handlebar.

I've never used a handlebar mounted windshield before. My interest is in the easy/quick removal after a longer, highway speed ride. Puig also makes a larger Touring Windshield Ref: 20527 that has 4 mounting screw points that appear to be reasonably easy to remove/install as needed. Anyone have...

I live in Southern California and haven't heard a peep about the reverse issue from either of our local BMW Motorcycle dealers??

Is this windshield the Puig "Touring" REF 20527 that mounts at the front and next to the brake/clutch levers?

Is this windshield easy to remove for city riding?

Thanks for the valuable tip, I ordered the TC horn from my local BMW dealer today - I hope its the same horn.

I'm thinking of the conversion for my FE from foot pegs to floor boards but would want the shifters to match. Wouldn't buying a TC floor board set-up accomplish this?

I came across a post (somewhere ?) that the 2022 TC horn is much louder than the 2021 stock first edition version. The BMW dealer if fact said the horns look similar but have different part numbers, that's all he had to offer - Part numbers FE 61337921753 and TC 61337924403, can anybody offer...

Congratulations, from a former Fat Boy rider. I traded in my HD for a 2021 R18 First Edition when they came out, I love this motorcycle! It's a work of art from every angle, way different from most other bikes on the road and its gets attention everywhere I go. Like the Fat Boy, I can do most...
