Has anyone installed one of these on a classic? This makes no sense to me. When installed, the two screws, (3) in the picture, near the seat prevent the seat holder from sitting low enough to keep the seat secure. The BMW instructions don't show the seat holder. From the user manual...

You'll be fine as long as you keep it under 88mph. Once you hit 88mph with 1.21 giga watts time travel becomes possible. Assuming you have the proper flux capacitor.

It's possible the system didn't get through all of is checks and that's waht screwed things up with the "fast restart".

When I take the windshield off, the buffeting goes away. I tried the Clearview at the same size as the stock with only marginal improvement. A short windshield is the next try. What windshield is that?
