2022 R 18 Bagger 4500 miles Sold

There's one local to me, at Wheels in Motion BMW online, asking $10,500 in black, 2022, 9XXX miles on it, I am betting it sold at auction where they bought it for $8000-8500.

Just curious how you expect to get dealership prices when you are a private party sale?

I've come across sellers that the wife tells them either the bike goes or she goes, and the husband puts it up for sale asking a price it will never sell at, all the while telling the wife he's trying to sell it. That's a waste of everyone's time, just so he can keep the car or bike, while maintaining an image it's for sale.

This for sale post is now over 3 years old....

As an aside, I paid 16.5k from a dealership for a 2022 R1250 RT with factory locking top box with under 2k miles on it from a dealership in Phoenix in June of 2024. I highly doubt I will ever sell my 1250 RT, but I've gotten my usage out of it, it has 13k miles on it now. If it needs to go, it needs to go, I'm not going to worry about how much or how little it sells for, it's only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it.
