    Greetings from Austin

5' 9" and always shared that same concern with my 2008.GS Adventure; that feeling of the ground not being there when coming to a stop ... I sat on the GS Adventure 1300 at the BMW HQ event a couple of weekends ago; both feet touch ground pretty securely, mostly due to the adaptive height system...

Wireless Phone Charger Project R18 B / TC

I personally found that the 10 Watt puck, wasn't able to keep up with the load that I put on my phone while riding, utilizing the BMW Connect app via (Wi-Fi) and perhaps Bluetooth via navigation screen mirror and constant YT or Prime music streaming...

    R18 B - bag racks suggestions.

The R18 B cases are limited space-wise; I've been able to pack about 4 to 5 days worth of clothes when on long weekend trips with buddies; however, I recently purchased and installed the following Nelson Rig and a water proof Biltwell bag that I strap to the Nelson Rig:

Perhaps, it is simply explained as physical fatigue...? Maybe you are physically tired on the later part of your ride, where the clutch work is the result of your own fatigue; I recently mounted a RAM cup holder on my Model B, because I have a tendency NOT to properly hydrate while out on...

    Shifting friction zone (clutch)

I haven't noticed any differences in the approximate "friction" zone after long days of riding; the clutch friction zone, appears to be pretty consistent in terms of muscle memory for me. I like the dry clutch, and the overall clutch design which is self-coupling in order to provide the...

    Question Potential Bad wheel bearings

The YELLOW color DOT marks the lightest part of the tire, and is typically aligned with the heaviest part of the wheel; which, is where the valve stem or TPS sensor is located..
