    Clutch fluid service.

The clutch fluid is mineral oil. The BMW blue fluid is not that expensive if you feel the need to flush or add fluid.

    Billet Replacement Part

To access the wiring harness connectors that are hidden beneath the tank.

    Billet Replacement Part

The one I got was solid and worked out perfect. I’ve seen two versions. One does not have the raised barb on the elbow. I bought the one with the barb because the OEM plastic ne has the raised barb on it.

    My Beach Bar installation

Sure they are. What makes you think they’re not hollow? You only need to slot them in the same area as the OEM bars. BMW really cheaped out by not providing them with the slots already in place.

    Customs R18

I may have to break down and get a set of those Kineo wheels.

Bronze plating or Metallic powder coating question...

Bronze plating aluminum is likely a no go. But the engine case doesn’t get that hot so a good powder coat job would probably be pretty durable.

    Show us your phone mounts!

I'm a huge fan of Tackform mounts. They offer a great variety of mounting solutions and I've yet to come across a more solid built product. I don't want a phone mount on my R18 but I use Tackmount on nearly all my other bikes. https://www.tackform.com/

Motorcycle Dolly for BMW R18 Classic

The Condor dolly is the best I’ve seen. I own two of them and will be purchasing two more for winter storage of our bikes. https://www.condor-lift.com/product/motorcycle-garage-dolly-part-gd-3500/

    Quality Front Fender

Klockwerks is now offering a front fender for the R18. https://getklocked.com/products/tire-hugger-front-fender-fit-kit-for-2020-2024-bmw-r-18-motorcycles I modified a Klockwerks fender for my R18 bobber project and I will attest that you will not find a higher quality product anywhere.

    RSD Front Engine Cover

You only want the jack to support the engine. So you want the bike upright in a chock then bring the jack up to the point where you feel lift pressure on the engine. Remember you need the bolt holes on the frame rails to line back up when you’re done. So if you feel any binding when removing...

A gift (see attachment) for everyone here

I usually print this stuff out at work. We have a high quality color machine with an unlimited use contract. But 2700 pages printed 2 sided is still 1350 sheets. By comparison I have some 650 page manuals that printed 2 sided are 2” plus thick.

By chance is the clutch line routed in a way that you’re not getting full extension?

    My Beach Bar installation

The clutch is pretty soft on the R18 compared to most of my other bikes. I’m sure you’ll discover a wiring issue somewhere.
