Did a similar thing. Hand drawn measurements , then CAD design sent to metal fabricator. End result not expensive. Attaches to bolts under my tractor seat. I can do about two hours on seat. You are truely hardcore on that seat.

Straight through pipe ; no cats / baffle. Removed cat and valve section from OE exhaust ( cut ). Then used original header section and had fabricator weld in new section of pipe.

Repainting exhaust

Sometimes l even surprise myself with what can be achieved with what l have. Lots of sitting on arse whilst ‘spannering’ away.

Like MilwDave, a wheel chock ( fixed to ground ) , support stands and a simple scissor lift with small blocks of wood at times. Raised front , rear of bike , balanced in middle to remove frame rails for engine cover removal. Just avoid pressure on oil filter.
