If your left-side exhaust header is blueing, there might be two pretty unhappy left-side exhaust valves and/or valve seats as well. The dealer might as well perform a cylinder leak-down test while you have the bike there to update the ECU - to be sure all is well.

Based on the last photo, the stock rear fender looks completely out of place with that tractor seat installed - almost disconnected. You probably need to replace it with a Bobber-style hugger. Even Black Dog's fender-less Rat-rod looks better as that features a proper Corbin® seat at least.

Aplogies - Coandă Effect, not Coriolis Effect. It will damage your bags on a long trip. It is not the speed of the gas but rather the heat of the gas and its tendency to adhere to an adjacent flat or curved surface.

That looks terrible, like they got the idea from a Ural out on the Steppe.

You always want to adjust them to the smallest clearance setting. Larger clearances are noisier and will see your valves open with 3-5° less duration. It can be a PITA, but it is worth that.
