The bike is very easy to ride, and handles quite well...even at *parking lot speeds* It's low center of gravity is huge in helping to accomplish this... You'll love the bike....

Not anymore! Currently two, but would like 3. The 18 and the Valkyrie are similar machines, but I'd like a 3rd smaller, lighter more sport like bike. The BMW RNINET seems cool...but..don't wanna cough up that much cash at this time. I kinda miss my Yamaha Warrior...nice bike...

Interesting. I currently own a Honda 1800 Valkyrie...and with the right tires imo, is one of the greatest motorcycles ever made! Cannot believe you sold it. The R18 is similar indeed...but the Valkyrie in manys is the superior machine...But I enjoy the hell out of my 18...just the sound, torque...

The bike's parking lot manuvering at slow speeds is simple and easy! It's all in the clutch...The bike is easy to ride...period.

Isn't the correct viscosity spec. I use Amsoil severe gear oil in my Valkyrie's final drive

I bought two bottles at a local Dodge dealer for $40, enough to swap out the trans and final drive...

I do not do any of that and have zero problems..

That's odd! Usually you don't mix them...I would see if you can get a radial for the rear. The only thing I dislike about my Classic is that I cannot get radials for it. Radials are far superior...much better ride ..and safer...assuming they're GT speced for the bike's weight.
