Interesting as I think it's perfect at idle, esp when you first start it. I have the 4" exhausts but from what I understand they're the same as the 4.5", just the outer shell is a half inch larger, the core pipe is the same.

No such issue for me over about 10 years ... hopefully they adjusted their processes so it never happened again.

I've got a Quadlock mount attached to the middle of the handlebar on landscape mode and use my phone. As long as you have it powered from the usb port you'll be fine for power and it uses little data so I wouldn't worry about that unless you have some small data plan like 1GB per month.

Definitely a freebie. Those are used by some car owners to connect to an app on their phones to get various readings from the ECU. Not sure any app gives you R18 info though but others can chine in.

I'm not expecting any issues and can always put the original back on worse case scenario but truly, with the wideband O2 sensor from the factory, the ECU will adapt for the extra airflow so it should not cause any problems. I've also got an aftermarket exhaust that shouldn't be on, but again...

Yikes. I never bother using steering locks on big cruisers. The probability of someone wanting to steal an 800 lb bike is less than the probability of what happened to you. I think I've seen videos on YouTube on possible ways to remove that but maybe try a glue gun and glue something like a...
