With my new (to me) Roctane , I had some Vance & Hines slip-ons included in the deal and I was intending to put them on and give the engine a better voice. However, when I got them out of the packaging, they are made for the Classic and will not fit the Roctane - the hangers are in the wrong...

Hmm not sure about the square profile and the way it partially obscures the indicators. Maybe a small fairing would look better and be a bit more streamlined?

I am picking up my (new to me) 2023 Roctane this week and I think I will miss having some wind protection - been a while since I had a naked bike. So what screens look good on the Roctane?

So do you have the handlebar switch allowing you to keep your neighbours happy when required? The 'standard' Servo Buddy keeps the flapper open all of the time so it makes the exhaust quite loud on start-up so I wanted something more neighbour friendly and switchable like the Jekyll & Hyde...

Sadly, I don't but I can say that with the flapper valves still working, the idle sound is much the same apart from the initial first few cycles at startup which have a bit more 'bark'. When you give it the beans the valves open fully and then it really sounds good. - reminds me of British...

Actually removal of the baffles is quite easy - at least mine were. Once the end caps are removed you will see that the baffles are tack welded in place and a few minutes of Dremel action allows you to pull them out. The sound is so much better for it.

I had one on my Goldwing - great little unit with a wealth of inputs. I don't think it would be plug & play so you would have to make up some kind of loom adaptor.

I was under the impression that the BMW version is two independent levers on their own splines, so you can adjust them wherever you want.

I found them on Aliexpress so I am guessing that they are just generic parts - but they are nicely made IMO and a very easy fit.

I fitted some aftermarket foot boards and adjustable heel/toe gear shifter. So far I am loving the heel/toe action :cool:

There are some 'fat' T handlebars on offer from Aliexpress and I am tempted to give them a try. I had these on my Harley V-Rod and loved them. Has anyone had any experience retrofitting bars?

Well this is puzzling - I loosened the torx screws holding the fork shrouds to the lower triple tree - just to see how much movement there was. After re-tightening everything I am surprised to find the noise has gone! I think the shrouds must have been under tension and simply loosening the...
