Very deep I am currently on a 1 month Ayurveda and yoga retreat in Chennai India. Learning much more about this. Unfortunately it also means my ride is sitting at home back in Germany and missing some of the best of the riding season.

I sourced the cables with a push to unlock slider from a local supplier here in Germany.: https://www.steelropes24.com/ Tucked away and easily removeable if needed. Fed the wire between the rubber gromet in the attachment area on the lowest side.

My original K1200S didn’t have Centre stand Standard. Had to buy as an option.

Well the reason for the purchase was ease of manouvering in the carport for space management. Good side effect is that the bike stands upright and I can check the oil. But yep wold be easier if the sight glass read the oil level on the side stand

Today I did a final adjustment on the front to accomodate my riding boots. Went for a quick ride to pick the daughter up from school and must say the feel is completly different. Easy to shift down but even better up shifting small movement of the foot and can find the rear shifter very easily...
