I added my garage door opener to my R18TC. Simple solution, just used the visor mount, small rubber sleeve, and zip ties. So far it has stayed in place and fits tight enough to not move. Rubber piece is between the mount and handle bar, it keeps it from spinning.

I have not noticed and rattle yet. I know that rattles can drive you crazy.

After winter and being out of town, I now have 744 miles on her and I am sitting at dealer getting first service done.

My only issue now is I am not willing to pay BMW $35 or more for a $2 usb cable so I make a cable I have work even though it makes my phone sit at a slight angle in the compartment. lol

If my phone did not fit, I would probably seriously consider finding something that did. I like that I do not have to hang my phone on the handle bar.
