I was in contact with Michelin and they gave me a credit towards the purchase of a new Michelin tire. The customer service reps at Michelin were outstanding to deal with, I sent them a copy of my invoice for new tire and they done a e-transfer to my bank account. Hope the new tire solves my problem.

I do not think my riding position is unbalanced, the rear tire is fine normal wear.

6000 miles on the tire, I noticed the noise at 3000 miles and it just got worst over time.

I had my bike in for its 10km service and the service rep said the road noise is from tire wear. The tire is wearing on one side. Anyone else experience this?

Cleaning my bike today I noticed a connector hanging down from the fairing next to the left from fork. I could not see a place to put it or what the connector is fore. Any information would be appreciated.

Cleaning my TC yesterday I noticed the pin on the passenger peg was half out and missing the C clip. I removed both pins and drilled a hole through the pins and inserted a cotter pin.

Thanks for the info, the rubber washers I installed today reduced the road noise .

Hi, I purchased my R18 Transcontinental this spring, I am impressed with the performance of the bike. The only issue I have is noise from the front wheel. On new pavement I do not hear the noise but on worn pavement I hear a loud rumble. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Thx...
