Thinking about ordering a madstad for my r18. Anyone else with a base r18 tried one? I'm curious about the looks of the quick release brackets when the ws is removed. I like that you can order differant sizes and that the angle is adjustable. I'll probably only use it for cold weather and days...

Had to go look😀 forgot I posted those. That is a accurate color shade of brown in those pics. Not all that dark. But sometimes the shade could vary a little bit when dealing with that distressed type of material?🤷🏻‍♂️

That bike is long gone. I don't have a picture of it with that seat on my phone but I ended up getting rid of that seat too. It pushed me up to far forward making me uncomfortable

That bike sold about a week ago so unfortunately I can't compare

Mine came in today👏🏻 Since my new r18 is the more blacked out and less chrome version, I went for the no chrome badges

They have a very light magnetic pull, so my guess is it's polished ss I work right up the road from them so I'm gonna stop in there tommorow and ask. I think it might be the same guy that redone my seats cause I know he does welding too

I may end up going that route. Would be awesome if somebody here did it though
