I think the only advantage of having it dealer serviced is that a dealer can update the software. This may matter more for the B and Transcontinental, as the radio software is finicky. I’ve got a 6k service coming in August and am bracing myself already.

My parents grew up in Milford PA and moved back to retire there. I spent a lot of summers near High Point as a kid and see that monument whenever I visit. Great roads!

I did the same, but with a Ducati Multistrada after the Classic and before the Bagger. Crazy. Happily in the B world now with no intention of leaving. See you on the road!
