There is a great offer from a couple dealerships of 2020/21 FE models with less than 1000 miles on the clock.
Is there anything in particular to look for in these early models, any bigger known issues fixed now, mandatory service campaigns etc. ?

The procedure of removing the rear wheel is described in the Owners manual, Maintenance section.
Maybe the repair shop had no metric sockets ? ;)

The Hattech setup is another example, that the stock exhaust manifold design is quite a challenge for custom builder.
While the exhaust looks good to me, I dislike the section with the little Hattech logo sheet on it.

I would prefer a shorter straight exhaust too, but have not found any with a clean line and ECE homologation yet.
The Walzwerk implementation is pretty good, but I dont like the detail how the exhaust pipe is connected to the manifold...
My attempt to configure my stock custom R18 from the base of an R18 Classic. I was wondering, how the stock Classic Exhaust would look on the Bobber conversion, once it becomes hopefully available.
