I replaced my original grips with Ariete. The heating ability is retained however it’s not as hot as original since the Ariete grips are thicker. The heating element is under the plastic tube on either side so cutting is straight forward and easy. I used a heat gun to soften the grips and hair spray to lubricate the tubes and facilitate insertion. See pics for additional info. Feel free to PM.
