Clutch slip

My 21 fe slipping on second and 4th gear after long rides like 40min or more.

It's exactly 5004 km odo , 3127.5 miles
Talked to the dealer bmw is not responsible for clutch damage even It's 5004 km still under warranty .
why the clutch dead this early?
Very frustrated with the bike.
So much issues since I bought it.
 
The clutch should not fail after such little use.
Would you be able to describe the slipping effect you are experiencing? Although a clutch slipping will start at the higher gears first where the load is greater, it can happen on any gear.
It will feel like the RPMs goes higher but the bike won’t go much faster. Juddering when accelerating, struggling to engage or disengage, sometimes you can smell burning.
What is your riding style and environment?
 
It's like high rpm until it catches the gear like slowly engaging no burning smell or juddering . How to describe it .... it's like cvt gearbox high rpm slowly accelerate.

I have issu with it since it's new some time form first to second it goes to Nutral .

No city driving just high way or to the gym 2 min from home that's it .
