Question Combined Spot light and indicators

Apologies in advance if I have got this posting wrong, a newbie here.
Can I please ask for suggestions re additional Combined Spot light and indicators to sit on a 38mm crash bar of an R18 in UK.
In my searches I have mainly come across smaller bullet type lights or very expensive bigger ones.
