I am a BM fan , have a few bikes and been watching the launch of the r18 .
got offered a demo bike with everything i want so should get it next week . still have not ridden one , but im sure we will get on well .

Welcome. Bold move (without test ride), but tbh I did exactly the same. I sort of knew I’d like it and I do, a lot. Infact the bond grows stronger all the time. Post a picture when you get it, first job is to set the rear preload and then off you go. It’s all on the forum just search away

Thanks for the welcome . Yes , i have gone through the manual already and seen how to set preload , not telling the world at large my combined weight for rider and passenger ,but its one of the first things on my do do list .
