Dear friends I bought a new fuel cap for my R18 ! This was nearly one year ago. Now they have said " Unobtainium ! " They have given me a Chit for the amount just over 200 dollars ! I find that strange, I am entitled to a full refund on my debit card ! What do you folks think ? jp

This was resolved. They wrote me a check. It seams when you pay by a card of some sort, the account remains active only so far then ends, and you must either accept a check or gift card as teh shop cannot reverse the transactions.....

Odd ... every time I bought something with a card (and had to return it) they insisted on reversing it to the card ... well who cares .. at least you got your money back!!
