BMW calls the # 18 a SCREW - M28X1,5 ... so my guess would be, yes just an Allen Key

If / when you remove bolt number 16, be very careful. One of mine came out relatively easily. The second one required a breaker bar and slow progression. Others have broken bolts. BMW use grey locktite. Be careful.
