They are left and right. The healtech site says 2 of the switched eliminators are needed on the R18.

Does a single Healthtech module connect to both servo control cables (left & right exhaust)? Or, do you need to purchase two modules, similar to the Servo Buddy modules..?
The below picture looks like a single Healthtech module covers the whole job...

Two. That's the switched version pictured so it's a through connect.

It takes 2 modules. Otherwise it does not make sense to delete one exhaust and have a switch to open and close the other one.
I’m literally doing the same thing now, following advice from forum members Ive ordered two of these Healtech ESE-BM1 modules. Pic below for you. About £45 each (from Motorworks, an established UK independent BMW parts supplier).

If you remove both servos and cables, that's the way to go. Personally I'll stick with 2 switchable ones, it'll be more like Dr Jekill and Mr. Hyde system.

I always set my Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde exhaust system in "Hyde" mode; I wish I could just lock it vs having to press the button right after start up..

You can do that with these new healtech boxes. In fact I will leave the switch off of the bars for this very reason.
