Need hardware to install passenger seat

2023 R18 Classic
Hi all, I’m new to the forum. Last month I bought a 2023 R18 Classic 0 miles in Montevideo, Uruguay. I understand there are only 5 or 6 in my country. It came without the passenger seat but I bought an original from a custom from a dealer in USA. It came without the hardware to install it and that is the reason I’m looking for that part.
I attached a picture of what I need but the dealer wants double what I paid for the seat. Any help I would appreciate very much.
I have an address in Miami to ship it.
