Hi everyone from Mallorca - Spain, glad to be here hangin' aorund with many R18 enthusiasts, i've been the proud owner of a 2020 - FE for nearly a year and i'm loving it more day after day.
I am currently working at the local BMW MOTORRAD dealeship in aftersales department so it makes the experience much engaging...
Must say that even my experience at BMW is short, i'll be glad to help if i can with doubts or any subject regarding the bikes.

Well thanks to you all, I’ll be posting photos of it soon, and well for 2023 collection we have no news at the moment of what is to come, but i quite like some gear they launched for the R18, i really hope they come across with new stuff on the same design-line.
For the moment all i can tell you is, BMW has announced a recall to lubricate the transmision shaft, it is a quite simple thing but it seems they think oxidation can appear in the joints of it, same with the front indicator bolts, but that one was announced earlier, feel free to ask your dealers, they’ll spray some grease on your shafts to prevent signs of rust.
Non of our R18 owner had spotted any of it but maybe with time who knows…

Good point is that our engines seem to be reliable as hell!!
