PTTL vs PTTR

While riding at interstate hwy speeds with cruise on, motorcycles have a slight tendency to pull to the left (PTTL) or pull to the right (PTTR). Today I experimented with my R18TC and presto....the bike stayed true with hands off the bars.
BMW did some good engineering work.
