Today was the first ride with the rear suspension sorted and the “Tall Seat” installed. I watched the attached vid, then promptly saved the search on EBay. The Tall Seat has an embroidered logo. $200 + Shipping later, and I could not be happier. The Tall Seat may be the same as the Classic. The seat is thicker and moves the rider further up in the seat. Testing the suspension at 12 turns, I was able to grind the peg feelers where I expected them to touch down. Very little drama, and highly overrated as a concern.
I ordered a Day Rider Brown and passenger backrest from the dealer today. I’m going to Experiment with installing a spacer for the rear seat to get an extra 1/2” of legroom.
