R18 B's bars - more pullback than R18 C's?

Hi,
I'm looking to get either risers or bars with more pull back, but I'm not interested in beach bars. It appears that the stock R18 B bars have reduced reach as compared to the stock R18 C bars. Can anyone here confirm? Also, do the R18 B bars have any attachment points for the fairing that might affect the aesthetics if mounted on an R18 C?

Those risers seem to be an excellent option. Does anyone know if swapping out the stock bars for the R18 B bars would add reach as another option and a more "stock/finished" look?
