R18b heated seat question

Hi, with cold temperature, i tried to turn on heat seat.
I’m quite suprised because only driver seat part is heated, passenger seat part is cold.
I’’ve own r18b first edition.
Is this normal that only half of seat is heated ?

On the TC the riders seat heat is controlled through the display menu but the passenger seat is controlled by the switch on the left side of the seat.
Yours may be different I don't know for sure.

The R18 B doesn't have the passenger heat control switch integrated into the seat like the TC model.

I'm not sure about whether or not the stock Model B heated seat, has the heating element integrated in the area where a passenger would sit?

No switch on seat left side and there only one wire plug in the seat.
This is a second hand bike and the seat cover has been changed (brown color) by a saddler. Perhabs he missed to replace heating wire on passenger seat side?
