Sometimes when i want to use the reverse, the only response i get is a flashy "R" on the dashboard. It is not always like this.
Does somebody have the same issue?

Try searching this topic on the forum; there are a list of items that will disable the Reverse functionality, where the blinking "R" flashes:
Kick Stand is Down
Brake is applied
Reverse Motor over temperature
Etc..
