Tie-down points rear seat

Suggestions for tie-down points and eyelites (made up wrong or misspelled) that can be screwed into side of rear fender. Guessing the pre-drilled holes located there. I have a Weekender seat, no rear rack nor rider back rest presently.

I did prior get a used small (maybe) bmw travel bag (plastic of some sort) with lots of straps. Maybe one is to slide them under the rear seat though certain that would mar the top fender rear finish.
