I show the following for my Model B:
28 Nm on the Fill plug
11 Nm on the Drain Plug
28 Nm on the Fill plug
11 Nm on the Drain Plug

Perfect, thanks Star-Lord for the reply and actual Nm numbers! When I purchased the crush washers from my local BMW dealer, the "parts guy" said the fill plug used a 18 mm washer and 30 Nm torque and the drain plug was a 14 mm washer and 20 Nm torque, that seemed high to me.
