Front Fender fitment

I read somewhere that BMW intentionally used some spacing and fitment to allow some crossover of Harley Davidson accessories. I know that is the case with the the handlebar risers.
My question is what HD model would have the same spacing to allow a front fender to be swapped onto an R18?

For what it's worth......I never have liked those partial fenders out front. Serves no purpose really.

It’s for a bobber that I use for riding around town. I have several other bikes for touring or sport riding.
