Header flange

Does anyone know where to get the flanges that mate the exhuast to the engine heads? I am going to fab my own exhaust but can find the flange to weld onto the piping.

No, the actual part of the header pipe that attaches to the head.

Ohhh I see ... my best guess is that you won't find that separately somewhere .. you may have to manufacture something ...

How did you go about getting them machined? Did you take the stock header to the machine shop or did you take measurements and send them measurements and pictures?

I'm going to an exhaust place next week to discuss them making a pair of straight through header pipes to mate to the standard fish tales..... I'll ask them about the cost of making extra of the thingies.

There is an exhaust place about 3 hours from me but I’d have to leave the bike for a few months
