Just made an impulse decision after testing one for 10'. Bought a 2021 in Chandler with 600 miles on it, flew down 6am on a saturday, rode to Sedona, stayed w friends, on to Moab and the Apache Hotel. Final 380 miles to Mead on Monday just me and a backpack (no panniers!). Definitely need a new seat but amazing journey with great weather. Coming from a 850 GS totally different experience but a complete work of art. I think I'll sleep in the garage tonight! Cheers.

I like the basic look of the bike as is but just placed a deposit for a Tom Hurley saddle. I hate to even put a quad lock on it but might break down in light of convenience.

Thank you for the recommendation. I already have the quad lock on my GS so I’ll probably stick with ecosystem for convenience. It’s great how welcoming this community has been towards new members.
