Panniers?

Hi all

I'm about to pull the trigger on a 21 R18 FE and am thinking luggage. I've narrowed it down to the BMW soft bags or the SW Motech Legend Gear soft bags. Can anyone advise me how the SM Motech kit compares quality wise?

I’ve only just put on a pair of genuine 100year anniversary BMW soft panniers, 16L each so not too bulky. They are really nice quality, very neat, a cinch to take on & off and look good on or off the bike (not always the case). They are slightly narrower than the engine so if you can get the cylinders through a gap the panniers are no problem behind you . If you can find some or get a good deal somewhere I would highly recommend them. You literally cannot feel them when riding, makes no noticeable difference whatsoever.
