It sure looks like it belongs, I went the same routeThis looks like a BeemerView attachment 15406
I bought mine primarily to protect the chrome engine cover.Definitely a smart mod. Keeps road grim to a minimum on the engine cover and oil cooler. I should do this
I was a bit disappointed at the plastic nature of the DK fender, but it sustains no forces while riding and stands up just fine.I was looking at it when I bought the headlight cover from them but they were not metal, so I bought a steel one,
modified it and sent it to be painted. I wanted it 1 cm from the tire and the result was
this.
Pin stripes not needed on a blacked out bike ; member’s deliberate intentions. No pen strips.
It also keeps the air flow down to the oil cooler ... Not so good... IMOadded a mud flap to my roctane fender...keeps debris off engine cover/oil cooler
I never actually thought about that. Good point. It also keeps the air flow down to the oil cooler ... Not so good... IMO
