I installed the homage seat, but the seat is so slippery that it keeps sliding when stopping or while driving. Is there a way to fix this without covering the seat with something?

Mine isn't, maybe space the front up a bit.... 1/4" might do it. Do you have the stock rear fender or a bober fender? (Seat base plates are different for them).

Mine is the stock fender as well.
I have the seat "plate" mounted on flexable bushes to give the seat some give..... in your case I'd try placing some spacers (ie washers) at the front mount to lift it a small bit... give it a bit more nose up.... the washers would go between the frame and the small block that the seat base screws to at the front.
In my case, when I sit on my seat the rear drops a bit because the rear flexable bushes compress about 1/4 of an inch so that is probally why I don't slide forward on it like you do.
