... I would put a few drops of penetrating oil here:

All along that pin (that is the one you are trying to get out) and then use needle nose pliers
right here to push it out until you can grab it from the other side .... when I did my brakes it slid right out ... very strange.
... and yes, I know these are the front calipers and you are working on the rear ... but the system is the same and it was
easier to take a pic of the front one.![]()

Yes. Pads are not stuck at allAre the pads moving feely? ... or can you at least move them?
