Hi all just picked up a 2022 R18b. Not new to bmw have had many k bikes first r bike. Take some getting used to the vibes. About like my HD. Will be looking for answers for add ons in the future. Right off the bat broke the tail light lens in back. Hope it’s not an omen of things to come.

Welcome aboard and congratulations on your bike. Way different to the super smooth K engines. The R18 shakes like a wet dog and has a distinctive valves song, but it is part of the package and self induced and I really like it (some may not )
Anyway, post a picture of your B when you get a chance, we love those. Sorry about your rear light, easy fix and I bet you won’t do it again.

Here it is.. Don know where to start first, windshield or some kind of top box, wind protection? Some many options so little money.

Awesome first edition B. There is little else needed but of course, it is down to personal preferences. The only thing I did to mine was to add the wind deflectors on the batwing and that got rid of 90% of the turbulence. They are not the OEM ones, they were from EBay
