I wouldn't be surprised if it was more with everything I've gotten off it. I actually weaved the servo buddies up and into a different area, the plugs no longer even reside in the back rear. Same with the canister. Unweaved, and reweaved the plugs forward to behind the wiring box. Its looking way cleaner. I will definitely be going with a small lithium soon.

That's a good idea... I may play around with relocating the servo connection points up and out of any potential road spray or water damage..

Bonjour,

as an engineer having raced/rallied for in total over 25 years and cycling competition about same, am véry conscious of weight.

Point with the R18 family is that it is a bit mwah... Even the base R18, tanked up and with rider is over 450 kg. Taking off 4.5 kg is ÓNE % only. You will need to take a lót more off before you start noticing it.
As to whére it gets removed that is a tricky one because p.e. these exhaust servos are below the cog so removing those raises it. Again you are not going to notice but taking off low weight is not simply all good.

Yes and the EVAP thing. Mine stays on because of the positve effects. Nuff said.

Now the báttery.... There is some serious easy gain there with a bétter battery. When mine needs replacing will thus go LiFePO4.

I recommend the NOCO NLP30. very light, powerfull, $199 on Amazon. easy switch. Fits exactly. Despite many (Amazon) say it doesn't fit, it does fit perfectly.

Weight loss was more tongue in cheek. Sort of like, parts falling off are generally parts that are emissions related, or for simplicity. Im not ACTUALLY concerned about the weight. It will be reduced, but this is more to clean up the bike and have less failure points.

I will likely go with Antigravity, because I have it on all my other bikes already, and the chargers for them. I also like the restart function. Thanks however!
