The Roctane has a larger diameter front wheel and the ‘25 model has a larger diameter rear wheel, so they have a higher ground clearance. Being a big cruiser, I don’t think that smashing them through the twisties was on BMW’s agenda when they were designed.

My point being that the tyre circumferance is the crux, not the rim diameter.

It looks simple. Apparently, a 15 mm extension to the shock, a lift kit.
I like your thinking. Got a set of Zards (full system) hadn’t considered remap or filter, haven’t seen anyone doing remaps in the UK or Wilber’s shock. Ride is harsh though so could do with sorting but maybe I’m used to a manic carpet ride!
The Mustang made seats are like rocking horse poop in the uk, I had been searching since August for a Weekender but only last week ended up buying the Cross Country from Manchester Motorrad. It was the last seat in BMW inventory apparently. A quicker and cheaper alternative for removing some knee bend would be to get a second hand Classic seat off of eBay as that will sit you up a good 20mm. BMW called them the high seat. I only went to the Mustang as the misses could not stand the torture of the rear pad.
Going to mention the obvious simply because it’s not been mentioned…..yet….. I take it you have adjusted the rear spring preload for your weight? It does make a positive difference and gets you as much cornering clearance as you can out of the bike.
It is obvious but road 80 miles from the dealership with zero preload! Let’s say my vertebrae won’t singing the shocks praises. 6full turns improved things substantially but it’s a pretty lifeless shock if I’m honest but will stick with it for the time being. The Wilber’s looks ideal though
I feel the same about mine, I gained heaps more lean angle doing this.
Just unscrewed the touch-down pins & fitted domed hex heads. Haven't scraped again since - but will again sometime soon no doubt.
