Maybe try taking a screen shot of the picture, crop it in order to focus on what it is you want to show us, then save it.. You can then upload that picture from your phone's gallery, and the screen shot may be a small file size, which can be easily inserted into your forum entry...

I am shooting my bike with my Nikon Z9 camera, so no funny stuff going on there. I size the image and save it as a jpeg..... jp
