R18 Classic
Well, i had to try it. No weekenders were for sale, but @Wolle had a TC seat for sale at a good price, so what the heck! Thought id give it a shot. Well guess what, with very very slight mod, the sucker fits! I like it. Feels about like the Weekender i used to have.PXL_20260828_193021210~2.jpg

very nice, is this a bolt on with no customization?
A very slight mod. The rear metal strip was a bit displaced (longer) than RClassic, so i had to make another attachment point. I used my rear rack. You could just relocate or shorten the TC seat strip alternatively. PXL_20260828_192601506.jpg

Thanks for sharing, looks like a offset of approx 1cm. This look alot better value and even more comfy than BMW weekender/cross country seat. Think i gonna to try out your approach the name of comfort

I went for a ride of about 4 hours last weekend to try it out. I really liked it compared to the standard Classic seat. I was always sliding backwards and the pillon groove pushed into lower my back. The TC seat moved me a little forward and the lumbar support is nice in my case. I'm about 6'2 and the seating position feels better. I was worried my legs might feel a bit more cramped with moving forward, but it was ok. However, im used to riding K bikes with a slightly rear foot position. I like the change, was definitely a very affordable upgrade. Maybe could try a R18B seat as well. Not as cushy on the pillion part, but should be pretty close otherwise.

That’s

Yessiree! Im coming off K1200 and K1600. Got used to having great wind protection. Went after the biggest screen i could find. Clearview 21" with curve lip and + 3 inch width. Add fork deflectors and it does pretty darn good!
