Same here. I removed the bags and the windsheild from my 2023 R18 Classic. I will install fishtail pipes. I think the R18 is no R18 without the fishtails.

I spoke with the dealership today. They will ship one to me since the bike is under warranty. They will mark it as a defective part. I am amazed that I rode hundreds of miles with only one clip!
