I second Cu Dubh. As long as the sight glass isn't ALL oil, you're fine. IMHO, with these oilhead bikes (can I call them that?), the more oil you have in the sight glass (again, not ALL full, but mostly to the top), the more volume of oil the engine has to lubricate/cool itself with. Mike

I know this doesn't help in bolt locating, but when you do source your needed nuts/bolts, use blue Locktite to secure them. Our bikes vibrate...a LOT, and Locktite goes a LONG way in reducing/eliminating nuts/bolts falling off as we ride. Mike
